Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused (other than necessary handling for inspection). It must be in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start the process, please contact us at charmtailsco@gmail.com with your order details, and we’ll provide you with instructions. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send products directly back to the manufacturer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email whether your request is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

If denied, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for defective or damaged items. To request one, you must provide photos or video evidence of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
