Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times & Methods
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:
United States, Canada, Australia, UK & EU: 7–15 business days
Other international locations: 10–20 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once they arrive in your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost items caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
